SUPPLYING TRAXXAS TO NEW ZEALAND
Please read our terms and conditions carefully.
It is not our intention to try and escape our responsibility to be fair and reasonable or escape our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees act 1993 but merely to establish our rules of trading. We want you to enjoy dealing with NZ Model Supplies.
Pricing PolicyIt is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. To achieve this we will provide you with product which is in top condition and is what you expect from our description.
All items are inspected for obvious faults/damage before dispatch from NZ Model Supplies. If you should find fault with the product you should advise us by email immediately and we will advise you of the quickest solution. If damage has occurred in the freighting of the product to you we ask that you advise the courier driver when he/her drops the package off and contact us immediately.
All returns shall be packaged in original packaging and will be unused and unopened.
Product will not be accepted for return that has been opened or used.
A restocking fee of 10% will apply to any returns where no fault exists with the supply by New Zealand Model Supplies. No freight costs will be reimbursed unless the supply is our fault.
Any refund will be made to the original credit card to which the order was charged or by cheque to the customer.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of payment being verified or received. Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday. If an item has gone out of stock we will contact you and arrange to credit your credit card or supply at a later time if this is suitable to you.
In most instances delivery will be made by Courier Post Ltd and they will require a signature for receipt of the parcel.
Any apparent damage upon delivery should be noted to the delivery driver.
All delivery costs will be added to the cost of goods and deliveries will be made ex Our warehouse during any week days Monday to Friday.
The cost of shipping will automatically be calculated and added to your purchase in the shopping cart.
We use DHL Courier Post exclusively for delivery of our goods around the country and have instructed them deliver only if a signature is available. If you happen to be out when they call, you will be left a card with instructions on it, detailing how to get your goods. We also use their Track and Trace system. We will notify you of the parcel ticket number and you can then trace your parcel by clicking on this link.

We respect your privacy and although we may gather information about you in the normal course of our trading we will not supply this information to any third parties.
The only exceptions to the above will be when it is deemed necessary to supply the information to a third party who is acting as an agent for NZ Model Supplies and the information given is considered a requirement for them to carry out their service, i.e. Couriers, banks etc.
The only other time information will be supplied is if we are requested to provide the information for any government based agency.
Be assured that your details will be kept secure and no other party will harass you for business as a result of obtaining your details directly from us.
